The founder partner, was enrolled as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2012 and has an experience of several years in almost every facet of the accounting, auditing and consulting profession. He is an ardent finance professional who is well versed in tax laws, commercial laws, company law, accounting and auditing standards, management consultancy etc. and providing services to the wide spectrum of clientele of the firm

His Main area of Experience and work is statutory and Internal audit of Limited & Private Limited Companies, Project Finance and Internal audit of Government Department and Concurrent and stock audit of Banks. He has got vast experience in the above mention field and continuously expanding the practice in all the fields. With the introduction of GST, He has taken GST lectures with various Business associations and department of GST.

He has also gone through certificate course of concurrent audit of banks conducted by ICAI and certificate course of GST conducted by ICAI.

CA Hardik D Ganatra

He has joined the firm in December-2013. He is having on hand experience of Statutory Audit of Companies, Tax Audit of Various Entities. He is also having Pre- Qualification Experience in the area of Bank Statutory Audit, Revenue Audit of Bank, Various Audit of Government Departments, ROC matters etc.

Corporate Governance and timely management of corporate is his main area. He is having a vast experience in Government statutory audits and internal Auditing.

CA Hardik Y Kundaliya

He has joined the Firm in January-2014. He is having more than 10 years' Experience in the field of Depository Participant's Audit, EDP Audit of Banks, Concurrent & Statutory Audit of Nationalized & Co-Operative Banks, Trust & NGO Audits, Project Finance, Stock Audits, Government Department's work like Pre-Audit Internal Audits, TDS Work. He is a qualified Information Systems Auditor holding DISA awarded by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is Also undergone course of Certified Forensic Audit and Fraud Detection and Certificate Course on GST awarded by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also done certificate course of concurrent audit of banks, certificate course of public finance and government accounting, certificate course on co operatives, certificate course on overseas outsourcing services (US Market), certificate course on Artificial intelligence (Level -1)

Being so experienced in the field he has served as director of cooperative banks as well as advisor to various corporate.

CA Yagneshgiri N Goswami

He has joined the Firm in May-2022. He is having more than 11 years' experience in the field of Government Audits Internal & statutory, Concurrent & Statutory Audit of Nationalized & Co-Operative Banks, Trust & NGO Audits, Project Finance, Stock Audits, Government Department's work like Pre-Audit Internal Audits. He has gained a great command over TDS matters of various government departments as well as GST law. He is a qualified Information Systems Auditor holding DISA awarded by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India He has also done certificate course on Artificial intelligence (Level -1), certificate course of concurrent audit of banks.

He has joined the Firm in Dec-2022. He is having more than 11 years experience in field of Statutory Audit, Tax Audit of Various Entities, Direct and Indirect Tax Compliance & Consultancy, ROC, International taxation, RERA, Start Up Units, Project funding and more others. He is having 3 years pre-qualification experience as Audit Trainee in the field of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit.

Corporate formation, Due Diligence, Project funding, Real Estate Consultancy and timely management of corporate is his main area.
